About Call Transcriber

Call Transcriber is an independent Windows app made by TacAssist. It started with a simple frustration: the most important details of a call, numbers, names, promises, are said once and then lost while you are busy typing.

What we believe

Transcripts are most useful during the call. So we built the app around copying what was just said, instantly, from any window.
Your calls are yours. Speech recognition runs on your PC. We don't want your recordings, and we never sell data.
No bots in your meetings. A tool for you shouldn't change the meeting for everyone else.
Fair, simple pricing. A free trial, one plan, and a yearly price that's easy to say yes to, adjusted for where you live.
