Why is the yearly plan so much cheaper?
We want you to keep using Call Transcriber, so the yearly plan costs much less than paying monthly: in most countries $14 a year instead of $36 for twelve monthly payments.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Sign in with your email in the app and the 30-day trial starts. You only pay if you subscribe.
Why do prices differ by country?
We price fairly for where you live: one price for the US, Europe, the UK and Switzerland, and a lower price everywhere else. The checkout shows the final amount in your currency, including any tax.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the app or your online account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
The app stops transcribing new calls. Your saved calls stay on your PC and you can still open, copy and export them.
How many computers can I use?
One subscription works on 2 Windows PCs, for example your desktop and your laptop.
