Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Call Transcriber, which is why every account starts with a free 30-day trial: please use it to make sure the app works well on your PC and with your call apps.

• First payment: if you are not satisfied, email support@tacassist.com within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly) and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: you can cancel anytime so that you are not charged again. Renewal payments are refunded only if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal and haven't transcribed calls since.
• Where the law gives you more rights (for example consumer law in the EU or UK), those rights apply.
• Refunds are paid by our payment partner (the merchant of record) to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded subscription ends immediately.
