Works with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp and more
If you hear the call on your Windows PC, Call Transcriber can transcribe it. Popular call apps are detected automatically; everything else starts with one click.

Skype, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Webex, and browser calls are detected too. Any other app, such as a softphone or dialer, works with Start Call or by adding it in Settings.
How detection works
Windows knows which app is using your microphone. When a known call app has been using it for about three seconds, Call Transcriber starts transcribing and names the call after the app ("Zoom", "WhatsApp"…). About six seconds after the call app releases the microphone, the call ends and is saved to your history. For other apps, Call Transcriber also checks that the app is playing audio, so voice typing or a recording app doesn't start a "call".
Prefer control? In Settings you can choose Ask me first (a prompt appears, nothing is transcribed until you click Transcribe) or Manual only (press Start Call yourself).
Why no integrations are needed
Call Transcriber doesn't connect to your Zoom, Microsoft or Google account and doesn't join meetings. It transcribes the sound on your PC: your microphone as "Me" and the call audio from your speakers or headset as "Them". That's why it works the same in every app, and why nobody needs to give it permission.
