Somebody always ends up taking notes in meetings, and that person participates less. Meeting bots can take that job, but they need an invitation, they announce themselves, and in many companies they are blocked or need IT approval.

Call Transcriber is different: it runs on your computer and transcribes what you hear. It works in any meeting you join, whether you are the organiser or a guest, with no setup on the meeting side.

Use the transcript while the meeting happens

• Decisions: when the group agrees on something, copy the last few lines and post them in the team channel so it's on record immediately.
• Action items: copy "I'll do X by Friday" exactly as it was said and paste it into your task tool.
• Questions for later: select a line you want to follow up on and paste it into your notes with its timestamp.
• Catch up: stepped away for a minute? Scroll back and read what you missed.
• Summaries: after the meeting, "Copy all" and paste into an AI assistant to get a summary in seconds.

Speaker labels that make sense

Call Transcriber separates your voice ("Me") from everything you hear ("Them"). For one-to-one calls you can name the other person; in group meetings the other participants appear together as one side of the conversation. It's ideal for capturing what was said, not for producing minutes with every participant's name.

Private by default

Meeting content stays on your PC: speech recognition runs offline, no audio is uploaded, and transcripts are files you control.
