Your phone calls, transcribed on your computer

Microsoft Phone Link connects your Android phone or iPhone to Windows over Bluetooth, so you can make and answer calls with your PC's microphone and speakers or headset. Because the call audio then plays through your PC, Call Transcriber can transcribe both sides, and it detects Phone Link calls automatically.

Set it up

  1. Set up Phone Link on Windows and allow calls (Phone Link app > Calls).
  2. Install Call Transcriber and sign in.
  3. Answer or place a call from Phone Link. The transcript starts a few seconds in.

Handy for

  • Service businesses: bookings, addresses and job details from customers who call your mobile.
  • Sales and real estate: leads who call you back on your phone number.
  • Everyone: doctor's appointments, delivery slots and reference numbers you would otherwise scribble down.

If a call isn't detected on your setup, press Start Call in Call Transcriber; it transcribes whatever your PC is playing.

Try it on your next call
